Return Window We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days of the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or discounted items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
